Founder & Managing Partner

Leah Okullo is a senior finance and transaction advisory professional with over 18 years of experience mobilising capital, structuring transactions and advising on market entry across Sub-Saharan Africa. Her work spans M&A advisory, public capital markets, structured finance, blended finance, investment advisory and market-entry strategy across energy, infrastructure, financial services, technology-enabled platforms and inclusive growth sectors.

She advises companies, investors, banks, philanthropic foundations and financial institutions on translating complex market opportunities into executable, investment-ready propositions. This includes capital raises, acquisition strategies, structured debt solutions, catalytic funding models and institutional investor engagement.

Through Lote Tree Advisors, Leah supports clients seeking to mobilise capital, enter African markets, acquire or partner with local platforms, and structure scalable financing solutions. Her work centres on moving complex opportunities from strategy to implementation, while helping build scalable, market-based systems.

Winnierose Kosgei

Vice President, Advisory & Capital Mobilisation

Winnierose Kosgei is an investment professional with over nine years of experience in project finance, PPPs, corporate finance, and capital mobilisation across Sub-Saharan Africa. She has previously worked with Kenya's PPP Unit, supporting the structuring and development of infrastructure projects.

Her sector experience includes energy, transport, affordable housing, water, and financial services. She has supported transactions and infrastructure projects valued at over USD 300 million, including a USD 150 million+ wind-plus-battery storage project in Kenya.

At Lote Tree Advisors, Winnierose supports clients on investment readiness, transaction structuring, capital raising, and market entry across Sub-Saharan Africa.
